TUGAS EKONOMI TEKNIK 3IB02 SISTEM BUNGA NOMINAL Bunga Nominal adalah sistem perhitungan suku bunga yang besarannya mengacu pada pokok hutang awal. Biasanya diterapkan untuk kredit barang konsumsi seperti handphone, home appliances, mobil atau kredit tanpa agunan (KTA). Dengan menggunakan sistem bunga nominal ini maka porsi bunga dan pokok dalam angsuran bulanan akan tetap sama. Misalnya besarnya angsuran adalah satu juta rupiah dengan komposisi porsi pokok 750 ribu dan bunga 250 ribu. Maka, sejak angsuran pertama hingga terakhir porsinya akan tetap sama. Untuk menghitung besarnya angsuran dengan menggunakan sistem bunga nominal ini sebenarnya cukup sederhana, misalnya jika kita hendak membeli mobil seharga IDR 150 juta, maka: a. harga mobil itu IDR 150 juta, b. DP 20%, maka pokok hutang menjadi IDR 120 juta. c. Ambil contoh saja bunganya 5% flat per tahun d. tenor pinjaman tiga tahun angsurannya per bulannya menjadi: = (120 juta + (120 juta X 5% X 3))/36 bulan = 138 juta / 36 bulan = IDR 3.833.334 di dalam angsuran sebesar IDR 3.833.334 itu terdapat porsi pokok sebesar IDR 3.333.334 dan bunga sebesar IDR 500.000. Dengan demikian jika kita hendak melakukan early repayment atau pelunasan awal, tinggal dihitung saja, kita sudah berapa kali kita membayar angsuran dan dikalikan jumlah porsi pokok hutang itu. SISTEM BUNGA EFEKTIF Sistem bunga efektif adalah kebalikan dari sistem bunga nominal, yaitu porsi bunga dihitung berdasarkan pokok hutang tersisa. Sehingga porsi bunga dan pokok dalam angsuran setiap bulan akan berbeda, meski besaran angsuran per bulannya tetap sama. Sistem bunga efektif ini biasanya diterapkan untuk pinjaman jangka panjang semisal KPR atau kredit investasi. Dalam sistem bunga efektif ini, porsi bunga di masa-masa awal kredit akan sangat besar di salam angsuran perbulannya, sehingga pokok hutang akan sangat sedikit berkurang. Jika kita hendak melakukan pelunasan awal maka jumlah pokok hutang akan masih sangat besar meski kita merasa telah membayar angsuran yang jika ditotal jumlahnya cukup besar. Jika dibandingkan kedua sistem bunga itu, maka masing-masing memiliki kelebihan dan kelemahan. Kelebihan sistem bunga nominal adalah jika kita hendak melakukan pelunasan awal, maka porsi pokok hutang yang berkurang cukup sebanding dengan jumlah uang yang telah kita angsur. Namun kelemahannya, bunga itu cukup besar karena dihitung dari pokok hutang awal. Sistem bunga efektif akan lebih berguna untuk pinjaman jangka panjang yang tidak buru-buru dilunasi di tengah jalan, karena jika kita membandingkan nominal bunga yang kita bayarkan, jauh lebih kecil dari sistem bunga flat. Berdasarkan hitung-hitungan kasar saya, nominal yang dihasilkan perhitungan suku bunga nominal kira-kira hampir dua kali suku bunga efektif; misalnya kredit dengan bunga 5% nominal itu kira-kira sama dengan kredit 10% bunga efektif. Dengan mengambil contoh kredit mobil di atas, maka sebenarnya besarnya angsuran sebesar IDR 3.833.334 itu jika menggunakan metode perhitungan bunga efektif, maka bunga yang dikenakan pada debitur itu sekitar 10%. Sedangkan jika kita menggunakan sistem efektif dengan tingkat suku bunga 5%, maka besarnya angsuran hanya IDR 3.596.508. FIXED VS FLOATING Sesuai dengan namanya, suku bunga fixed artinya suku bunga itu bersifat tetap selama periode tertentu atau bahkan selama masa kredit, sedangankan suku bunga floating, artinya bunga dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu tergantung kondisi pasar. Jadi jika membandingkan maka nominal >< efektif dan fixed >< floating. Biasanya terdapat kombinasi, yaitu flat-fixed, artinya bunganya pakai sistem nominal dan bersifat tetap selama masa kredit; dan efektif-floating, yaitu menggunakan sistem bunga efektif dan besaran bunga bisa berubah tergantung kondisi pasar finansial.

INTERNET LEADS US TO MORAL DEGRADATION

I agree but also disagree with this statement, because it's depend on what kind of people that use the international networking. If the people who use the internet knows the main advantage and benefits of internet, they will use internet for something useful, like finding information or even selling product via internet. But if people that use the internet doesn't know about the benefits of internet, they will use internet for useless thng such a playing online games, watching porn videos, or even doing criminal things from internet.

I agree and also disagree with this statement. It’s depend on the couple that doing this relationship. If the couple is a patient person, they can make a long distance relationship works, no matter how far they are, and no matter how busy they are, as long there is a communication, they can make it works.
But if the one who doing this relationship is kind of impatience person, don’t ever think they can make it works. Even there is a good communication between them, some bad stuff like suspicious and jealously will appear in each other. Finally one of them can do some cheat and finally i’ts gonna be the end of their relationship.
So I suggest you not to doing a long distance relationship, I prefer disagree with the statement above.

IS PLAYSTATION GOOD FOR CHILDREN ?


In one side i agree with this statement, because every children should have an entertainment and toy to play. But in the other side i disagree with this statement, because Play Station is not good if played to long or without parental guidance. Otherwise, Play Station will make the children addicted to it and make the children become lazy and stupid. If the children is already addicted to it, they will forget the time to study, time for eat, even time for sleep. The long time playing will injure the children’s eyes due to the effect of TV radiation. So the point is it will make a bad effect for the children’s health.
Several games is also bad for being played by the children, because several games consist a criminality and violence inside. But some other games is created to enrich the children’s fantasy and imagination.
The conclusion is i agree that Play Station is good for children, but in condition that the children should have a limit in playing that and not playing a game that consist a criminalism or violence, they also should have their parent’s attention to limit him in playing the Play Station and give him an order to study.
